El diputado Castillo reúne jóvenes y dirigentes comunitarios de Katanga en apoyo a Leonel
Katanga- El diputado Rafael Castillo encabezó una reunión en la que se congregaron decenas jóvenes y dirigentes comunitarios así como representantes de diversas juntas de vecinos del sector de Katanga, con el objetivo de solicitar a los presentes que trabajen incansablemente por el regreso al poder del doctor Leonel Fernández.
Durante su intervención, el diputado lamentó el trato económico desfavorable que el gobierno del PRM ha brindado a los sectores populares. Además, destacó las transformaciones llevadas a cabo por Leonel Fernández durante sus mandatos, resaltando la importancia de que los ciudadanos voten en febrero por el candidato a alcalde propuesto por la Fuerza del Pueblo.
Castillo hizo énfasis en el valor que Leonel ha otorgado a la juventud, mencionando la creación del Instituto Tecnológico de Las Américas (ITLA), la apertura de extensiones de la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) en numerosos pueblos del interior, el programa de inmersión en inglés, la revolución informática durante su primer gobierno, las becas internacionales y la implementación del desayuno escolar en las escuelas, entre otros logros en beneficio de los jóvenes dominicanos.
La palabra de bienvenida al evento estuvo a cargo de la regidora Walkiria, quien criticó duramente la gestión municipal del PRM al frente del ayuntamiento y exhortó a los comunitarios a votar en febrero por el candidato a alcalde de la Fuerza del Pueblo.
En el encuentro también participaron el regidor Winston Báez y el aspirante a regidor José Luis Núñez. Winston centró su discurso en la obra realizada por Leonel y recomendó apoyar a la Fuerza del Pueblo en las elecciones de febrero. Por su parte, José Luis pronunció un emotivo discurso en el que afirmó que la única manera de que el país regrese a la prosperidad es utilizando el poder del voto a favor del doctor Leonel Fernández.
Al final de la reunión los presentes quisieron tomarse fotos con el diputado Rafael Castillo y compartió después de la reunión durante más de 45 minutos.
Rafael Castillo es actualmente diputado por la Fuerza del Pueblo y vicepresidente de la comisión que está reformando la ley 87-01, se le reconoce en el congreso por su activa participación en la defensa del pueblo y su lucha por una mejor salud y una mejor seguridad social del pueblo dominicano
