El principal activo político de cada partido en Santo Domingo Este (1de 3)

Bolívar Valera es la principal figura política del PLD en Santo Domingo Este, igualmente el alcalde Manuel Jiménez es sin dudas el principal activo político del partido de gobierno, mientras que el nuevo miembro de  la Fuerza del Pueblo, Rafael Castillo es el rostro del partido de Leonel   en  Santo Domingo Este.

En una primaria cerrada entre Luis Alberto y Bolívar Valera yo apostaría al ex candidato alcalde del PLD, si la primaria se realiza abierta, no hay duda de que el Boli ganaría por barrida esa contienda.

La dirección del partido cometió el error de inscribir Boli como aspirante a diputado de la circuncripcion 2 de Santo Domingo Este, porque el pequeño tamaño electoral de esa plaza con un partido con presagio de división limitaba su liderazgo. En otra plaza del municipio el poder mediático del Boli sumaba más de 15  mil votos con menor esfuerzo. Mientras más pequeña es la plaza, más poder tiene la estructura de partido y menos importancia el conocimiento de un líder.

 

Después del 5 de julio del 2020, Luis Alberto quedó como líder opositor del municipio, pero fue durmiéndose y sin el Boli proponérselo lo desplazó como la figura de oposición del municipio más grande del país.

El Boli ha ido proyectándose de manera natural, en varios escenarios ha mostrado su apoyo a que Luis Alberto sea el candidato alcalde del PLD, pero el electorado sin militancia le dice que debe ser él.

Ante esa situación ¿Qué puede hacer el Boli? Descartarse a sí mismo y decirle que no a la  la gente o poner el oído en el corazón del pueblo.

La situación electoral es la siguiente

Luis Alberto como candidato del PLD podría quitarle algunos votos a la Fuerza del Pueblo porque tiene simpatías dentro de  ese partido.

El Boli como candidato del PLD podría restarle votos directo al PRM, que es el partido a vencer, ya que Valera tiene un amplio apoyo en los simpatizantes del presidente Abinader. La gente lo percibe como opositor a Manuel Jiménez, pero al mismo tiempo como amigo del liderazgo de ese partido oficialista.

El liderazgo de un político dentro de las estructura de los partidos en un municipio tan grande como Santo Domingo no representa  el 10% de la masa votante
