Con el anuncio de la reapertura de la actividad económica en el país, realizada por el presidente Danilo Medina desde el próximo miércoles 20 de este mes, los empleados iniciarán las labores en distintos horarios.

A las 7 de la mañana comenzarían a operar los supermercados, farmacias, sector construcción, industria y empresas de transformación, incluidas las zonas francas de exportación, minería y las canteras, la actividad agropecuaria y agroindustrial y la actividad en puertos y aeropuertos, que seguirán recibiendo únicamente transporte de carga y vuelos ferry.

A las 8 comenzarán a trabajar los empleados del sector público.

De igual forma, a las 9 de la mañana entrarían en funcionamiento otros comercios como ferreterías, concesionarios de vehículos, talleres, sector financiero, tiendas de muebles y electrodomésticos, tiendas de tejidos y confección, etc. Además del sector servicios.

“Cabe resaltar que durante esta fase se mantienen cerradas las fronteras tanto marítimas como terrestres y aéreas”, dijo Medina.

Así mismo aseguró, que todos los sectores, sin excepción, la vuelta al trabajo irá acompañada de la aplicación de protocolos obligatorios de prevención, como uso obligatorio de mascarillas, tanto en el trabajo, las calles o lugares públicos y lavado de manos.

Danilo Medina anunció que el horario del toque de queda será a partir de este lunes 18, de lunes a sábado de 7 de la tarde a 5 la mañana y los domingos a partir de las 5 de la tarde hasta las 5 de la mañana.
