¿Fue el Boli quien se autoacusó para buscar sonidos?

A la Procuraduría Especializada contra Crímenes y Delitos Electorales llegó una carta sin firma, que se le atribuye a una supuesta dirección ejecutiva del PLD en la circunscripción dos de Santo Domingo Este, donde en el último párrafo de la comunicación usan la palabra «RUMORES» para referirse a las supuestas acciones del diputado Bolívar Valera (el Boli), lo cual es una manera de restarle seriedad a la veracidad del contenido de esa comunicación.

En nuestras investigaciones con varias fuentes internas del PLD, se afirma que ninguna instancia de dirección en esa circunscripción se ha reunido para tratar temas concernientes. Aunque, según las diferentes fuentes, ninguno de los directivos se atreve a firmar una carta contra el Boli, ya que muchos de ellos no creen en el proyecto de Abel y tienen la esperanza de que el Boli sea quien lo ayude en un futuro a comer con grasa.

Por otro lado, algunos dirigentes del PRM entienden que esa carta de denuncia sin firma pudo haberla escrito algún estratega del Boli para enfriarse dentro del PRM,  que su nombre suene, y que los otros candidatos del PRM se duerman pensando que él está entretenido quitando votos al PLD, mientras él quita sus dirigentes en sus propias narices  sin que se den cuenta que  están siendo  avasallados por el derroche de recursos del actual diputado en contra de ellos.

Actualmente, los números en conjunto de los candidatos a diputados del PRM rondan entre un 44% y un 48%, lo que le asegura cómodamente dos diputados a esa organización política. El presidente Abinader promedia entre un 52% y un 64%  a nivel nacional para reelegirse; sin embargo, en Santo Domingo Este, su candidatura oscila entre un 49% y un 52% de la intención de voto.

Ante ese panorama electoral, la estructura de Jorge Frías le asegura una plaza, y para la segunda plaza que obtendrá el PRM hay una lucha entre Magalis, Dellys y el Boli; este último, por sus relaciones de poder, lleva la ventaja, pero en esa lucha de tres cualquier cosa puede pasar.
