JCE aprueba creación de 106 colegios electorales; decide integrar suplentes a labores de la Institución en base a la legislación electoral

Santo Domingo.- El Pleno de la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) dispuso en su sesión administrativa ordinaria de fecha 20 de enero, mediante el acta No. 02-2021, la creación de 106 colegios electorales en recintos existentes y nuevos, correspondientes a las Juntas Electorales de varios municipios del país.

 

Estos municipios son Bonao, Dajabón, Esperanza, Guayubín, Higüey, Jima Abajo, La Romana, Maimón, Puñal, Sabana Grande de Palenque, San José de las Matas, San Pedro de Macorís, Villa Altagracia, Villa Hermosa y Yaguate.

 

El Pleno de la JCE aprobó también la remisión del reporte de actualización de recintos electorales en la base de datos, implicando la movilidad de colegios.

 

Por otro lado, aprobó la integración de los miembros suplentes Vanahí Bello Dotel, Prado Antonio López Cornielle, Freddy Ángel Castro, Anibelca Rosario e Hirayda Marcelle Fernández Guzmán a las labores de la institución, en base a la legislación electoral como lo dispone la parte in fine del párrafo del artículo 29 de la Ley Orgánica de Régimen Electoral No. 15- 19, de fecha 18 de febrero de 2019.
