La muerte de Don José

-El animal que más se parece al hombre es el negro -expresaba don José con voz convincente. Sin embargo esta afirmaciones fueron rebatida por unos de sus empleado llamado manolo, quien le dijo -Maestro yo soy negro y no soy animal, soy un hombre. –hijo tu eres un buen empleado, aunque  un poco haragán y medio bruto, pero en el fondo eres casi humano y por eso es mi deber decirte la verdad.

 

Con esa introducción  Don José, quien se definía como  católico, escogidita, balaguerista y trujillista   inició el relato bíblico para que su empleado conociera la verdadera historia de la creación

-Cuando dios creo el mundo hizo al hombre a su imagen y semejanza, luego al ver a todos los animales con su yunta comprendió que el hombre necesitaba una pareja y creo la mujer, la cual fue su obra maestra y la hizo tan bella que Satanás, el ángel envidioso expulsado del cielo sintió rencor y trato de que ella fracasara e ideó un plan para que la hembra desobedeciera a Dios y comiera con Adán del fruto prohibido del árbol que nuestro señor le dijo que no consumiera.

DIOS un viejito que sabia más que el diablo, sabía  desde antes de crearlo que  a los humanos le atraía lo prohibido, especialmente a las mujeres y le pidió   que no  comieran del fruto que ellos necesitaban para multiplicarse sin necesidad de ocupar  todo el día haciendo muñecos de barros y sacando costillas.

Una tarde mientras la bella Eva paseaba por el jardín del edén, Lucifer convertido en serpiente decidió usar todas sus astucias para convencer a Eva de que violara la ley del señor y señalándole el árbol le dijo – experimenta y veras que es bueno. Eva respondió – Sí es del árbol prohibido experimentaré aunque sea malo- Ella probó y le gustó, sin mucho esfuerzo convenció a su compañero Adán, fue algo tan bueno que le hizo pensar que hasta ese momento no habían conocido el verdadero paraíso, fue un momento breve, pero tan intenso que no lo cambiaban por diez siglos de vida en el aburrido paraíso.

Satanás miraba atento  como la pupila de Adán se suspendían en un intenso frenesí, mientras observaba como la cara de ansiedad extrema de Eva pasaba a una fase de tranquilidad y de sonrisa delicada, volviendo a un éxtasis angustiante y al mismo tiempo celestial.

Lucifer con cara de loco,  observaba  como  ambos  se compenetraban a un ritmo tan veloz, que solo  podía compararse con la de un río desbordado, un volcán en erupción, tal vez un tren descarrilado, sin freno sin reversa y sin final o simplemente una manera de empezar a construir una nueva vida.

Satanás se sentía humillado.  Había caído en la trampa de Dios y desde ese día el mundo se multiplicaría por hombres y mujeres descendientes de la creación de Jehovah.

Sin embargo debemos de admitir su valentía y perseverancia, no se dio por vencido y decidió crear gente similarmente como el padre de Jesús.

Se alejo a un área hacia un lugar  donde no había nieve, donde el clima fuera cálido y complaciente

Huyéndole al frío,   llegó a una selva tropical,  donde habitaba el rey  de los animales, por más que quería hace hombre  blanco como DIOS, le salían  de  un color tostado, pero la principal característica de estos seres llamado negro es que son mal agradecido en extremo

. La voz de Manolo interrumpió el relato de don José – Yo no soy de Lucifer, No fui hecho por  el Pájaro Malo -don José respondió – Miren la prueba de que ustedes son mal agradecidos, que tu le dice pájaro malo a tu creador

Ramoncito, un niño de 8 años, hijo menor de don José escuchó la conversación completa de su papá con  empleado Manolo, quedándose con tantas interrogantes que no pudo esa noche dormir

A la dos de la mañana despertó a su progenitor para que le explique ¿Por qué los negros no son gentes.

Don José con palabra amorosa le dijo a su pequeño retoño – Mi hijo perdóname por haber hablado así frente a ti. Esto no es más que una broma que le hice a mi buen empleado Manolo.

No soy racista y aprecio a los negros tanto o más que a los blancos. Esas son frases de mi madre y mi padre político que si son racistas. Tu mama es negra y la quiero más que a mi vida, pero me crié en un hogar racista y sufrí mucho cuando tu abuela no quería a tu mama como esposa mía.

Con esfuerzo luche para no perder mi bella reina. Hoy tengo una familia bella y unida gracia a esa negra que me ha dado los niños más inteligentes y bueno del mundo.

Yo admiro mas a Willie may. que a Babe Ruth, me simpatizaba mas Martín Luther King que Kennedy y la mayor estupidez que puede cometer un individuo es ser racista.

Los negro son tan hijo de Dios como los blancos y esta noche te juro que no volveré a bromear con el color de persona alguna, no quiero que en tu vida te atrevas a molestar o a discriminar una persona por el color de su piel, aspiro que sea un niño ejemplo y que cuando sea grande luche contra todas clase de injusticia muy en especial contra los abusos raciales.

Siento un orgullo cuando nuestros peloteros negros brillan en las grandes ligas. – ¿Papi entonces los negros son gentes como todo el mundo?. –sí y recuerda esto “ningún hombre inteligente es racista “y aun con 8 años eres un hombrecito muy inteligente”.

Las campanadas de la iglesia despertaron a don José justamente cuando iba a besar a Mary, una rubia alta con rostro de mujer mala. –¡ Que sueño más bueno perdí ¡ dijo el viejo en voz alta, se baño con abundante agua y salió de la casa hacia un lugar desconocido,  mientras manejaba con el radio a todo volumen en su pequeño vehículo rojo, no se percató de que estaba cruzando un semáforo en rojo

Una jeepeta roja conducida por una pelirroja madrina de los Leones del escogido impactó en la puerta del conductor y ante de reaccionar otros cuatros carros más que iban a una caravana del partido colorao lo chocaron.

Don José pudo apreciar que el estomago para abajo ya no serbia, que ese día moriría un autentico hombre de sangre azul.

El único carro que pudo frenar a tiempo fue el de don Carlos Figueroa, un señor de piel  como la noche, de una bondad solo comparada con la de la Madre Teresa, quien se le acerco a don José para tratar de salvarle la vida. En un minuto observó que  no había nada que hacer.

Don José solo tuvo tiempo de verle la gorra amarilla  y esa cara de azabache con diente inmaculado que le brindaba una sonrisa de solidaridad.

Creyendo ver el culpable de su muerte pudo decir con voz débil – ¡ Coñ.. Me mató  este mald… negro  HP.
