En el sector Mandinga, ubicada en Villa Faro, Santo Domingo Este, familiares y amigos de Raimel Amparo lamentan la muerte del joven, ocurrida anoche poco después de haber iniciado el horario del toque de queda.

El joven, de 25 años, falleció tras sufrir múltiples heridas de balas mientras transitaba por la calle Apolo, del sector Vietnam, en Los Mina.

De acuedo a testigos del incidente, Amparo manejaba una yipeta blanca marca Honda, modelo CRV, cuando un automóvil Honda Civic de color oscuro se colocó al lado, y de inmediato empezaron a dispararle en repetidas ocasiones.

“Él (Raimel Amparo) venía bajando por la calle cuando un carro pequeño se puso a la par con la yipeta del muchacho, y después escuché los tiros”, explicó un señor que no quiso ser identificado, indicando que desde que escuchó el arma de fuego se refugió en su casa.

El testigo vive justo al frente donde terminó parado el vehículo del fenecido, pero aseguró no pudo identificar a los autores del crimen.

El hecho causó asombro entre los residentes del  lugar, principalmente por el gran número de agentes policiales y autoridades forenses que se presentaron allí minutos después.
