La Comisión Nacional de Concurso anuncia que a partir del lunes 08 de noviembre continuará la celebración del Concurso Nacional de Oposición Docente 2021 para ingreso a la carrera magisterial, orientado a cubrir las 19,000 plazas vacantes en el sistema Educativo Preuniversitario para el año escolar 2021-2022.

La Comisión de Concurso indicó en un comunicado de prensa que esta medida va precedida por la apertura de la plataforma del concurso para una nueva fase de registro y admisión este jueves 4 de noviembre, para que todos los docentes interesados que no llegaron a inscribirse la vez pasada, a los que faltó por depositar algún documento y los recién graduados puedan aplicar al concurso durante 48 horas.

El plazo de las 48 horas empieza este jueves 4 de noviembre, a las 10 de la mañana, hasta el sábado 6, a la misma hora, 10 de la mañana. De esta manera, si el postulante completó los requisitos de los documentos que deben presentarse, quedará formalmente registrado y admitido al proceso.

Se informó que de manera paralela en esos días se estará validando la documentación sometida para informar sin demora al postulante del estatus de su solicitud por vía de correo electrónico. A la fecha hay 77,000 postulantes admitidos.

Previo a la puesta en marcha de la fase de pruebas, el viernes 5 de noviembre, la Comisión Nacional de Concurso pondrá a disposición un tutorial instructivo en línea, desarrollado para facilitar la comprensión y manejo de la plataforma y provocar una experiencia satisfactoria al utilizarla. El tutorial será de interés para todos los aspirantes, estando en primer lugar el nivel Primario.

El objetivo principal de estas medidas es que los docentes, orientadores y directores escolares que serán elegidos sobre la base de sus méritos y competencias puedan reducir sus niveles de nerviosismo y estrés al familiarizarse con la plataforma de las pruebas en un ambiente distendido, con herramientas adecuadas para la formación, y luego puedan desarrollar ágilmente sus pruebas.

En este sentido, también como una medida novedosa, la Comisión informó que a partir del lunes 8 de noviembre se dispondrá de aulas para ofrecer entrenamientos y prácticas con la plataforma Moodle, la misma de las pruebas de oposición, avalada para los procesos de aprendizaje y capacitación por numerosas universidades y empresas extranjeras con millones de usuarios, lo que coloca la infraestructura dominicana a nivel de estándares internacionales.

Para estos fines, en respaldo a las jornadas del concurso, se suma la Asociación Dominicana de Rectores de Universidades (ADRU), que ofreció acceso gratuito a los laboratorios de TI, o informática, de sus universidades para ofrecer a los profesores un entrenamiento de la plataforma. Hay 29 universidades en todo el territorio nacional que conforman su membresía.

Para participar en estas prácticas es necesario preinscribirse a través de los Distritos Educativos y las Regionales de Educación. Por esta misma vía, cada profesional de la carrera de magisterio podrá confirmar su estatus en el proceso del concurso y cualquier duda que se le presente.

Se garantiza que las pruebas serán adecuadas en su contenido para el docente dominicano, luego de hacer las pruebas piloto de los ítems incluidos y tiempo requerido para completarlas. Para ingresar a la plataforma Moodle, basta poner en el buscador de internet el nombre “Concurso docente 2021” o www.minerd.gob.do concurso docente 2021 y aparece enseguida la ventana de ingreso.

El proceso se rige por los términos consensuados en cogobierno del Ministerio de Educación (MINERD) y la Asociación Dominicana de Profesores (ADP) de la Orden Departamental NO. 06-2021, emanada el 21 de abril de este año, el reglamento del Estatuto Docente y la Ley General de Educación.

En esta etapa del concurso se ha incorporado para un acompañamiento técnico la prestigiosa firma auditora Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC), a la vez estos pasos son seguidos y monitoreados por la Comisión de Observadores del Concurso Nacional de Oposición Docente, que integran organizaciones de la sociedad civil y del sector educativo.
