Ministro de Educación revela fue amenazado fue amenazado de muerte
El ministro de Educación, Ángel Hernández, expresó la mañana de este martes que con apenas tres meses al frente de la dependencia, ha recibido una amenaza de muerte.
“Hay que hacer una revisión seria de lo que ha pasado en el Minerd, en lo personal, yo incluso recibí una amenaza…”, dijo el funcionario.
Durante una entrevista concedida el programa El Día, espacio televisivo que se transmite diariamente por Telesistema, Hernández dijo que la amenaza se la hicieron llegar a través de un tercero.
“Al chino hay que darle un tiro”, le dijeron. Sin especificar ningún nombre, el ministro dijo que supo de la amenaza hace poco más de un mes y que, de inmediato, se la pasó al Departamento Nacional de Investigaciones (DNI).
Hernández, quien fue designado en esa posición el pasado 3 de agosto, en sustitución de Roberto Fulcar, dijo también que en el ministerio “hay muchas cosas que investigar”.
“En el ministerio hay muchos problemas, yo no puedo decir que son estructuras mafiosas, yo solo puedo decir que hay muchos contratos que son indebidos, que se han hecho muchas cosas”, expresó.
Señaló además que la institución tiene actualmente un equipo de abogados que está investigando todas las licitaciones que se han hecho en el Minerd, tratando de determinar cuáles de todos los contratos han sido cumplidos y cuáles no.
Asimismo, dijo que los problemas del ministerio en materia administrativa, le absorbe el tiempo a la entidad de enfocarse en la calidad de la educación.
“El tiempo que uno tiene que dedicar en el ministerio a la Educación tiene que dedicarlo a temas que son coyunturales, entonces ese tipo de cuestión es lo que hay que resolver para poder dedicarse a las soluciones que son fundamentales en el ministerio”, explicó.
