Transeúntes pensaron que tiroteo era el rodaje de una película de acción

La Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD) informó esta tarde sobre un incidente, en el que un hombre buscado por tráfico de sustancias controladas, logró escapar de una persecución desplegada en la avenida Winston Churchill, Distrito Nacional.
De acuerdo a un comunicado de la entidad, el imputado Cornelio Acevedo, alias el compa, se resistió al arresto y por el contrario, a bordo de una yipeta, embistió una unidad de la DNCD, que se vieron obligados a dispararle a las llantas del vehículo.
Tras evadir la persecución, el perseguido se dio a la fuga, dejando abandonado el vehículo en la calle Roberto Pastoriza y se internó en uno de los barrios próximo al lugar, por lo que las autoridades mantienen un operativo de búsqueda en toda la zona.
Transeúntes que circulaban por esa avenida compararon ese tiroteo con una película del viejo oeste o una persecución al estilo James Bond
