No imagino  que exista  alguien que pueda regatearle los meritos partidarios de Noemí Matos para  ocupar un escaño en el Comité Central.

Su lealtad partidaria ha sido puesta a pruebas en todos los momentos difíciles del partido morado de los últimos 45 años.

Como ciudadana es una  dama ejemplar que se esmeró en darles a sus hijos, la mejor educación que una madre puede ofrecerle  y hoy son profesionales  éticos que dan ejemplos de integridad.

Como servidora pública se ha destacado con tanta eficiencia que en el 2019, el Ministerio de Administración Pública la reconoció con la Medalla al Mérito del Servidor Público.

Como representante de su género, la Cámara de Diputados, junto a otras mujeres destacadas le hizo un reconocimiento por su trayectoria de ciudadana ejemplar y educadora de excelencia.

En los últimos 45 años de militancia política, lo único que  Noemí no la ha dado al partido es su vida y se está dando. Sí somos mínimamente justo debemos tenerla en todas las listas de aspirantes nacionales al Comité Central.

María Magdalena González, (Noemí)

Nació el 31 de octubre de 1957 en Duvergé, Provincia Independencia.Hija de los Señores Luis González Medrano e Isabel Matos Mercedes. Concibió dos hijos Amaury Alberto y Luisabel.

Desde muy temprana edad despertóel interés de trabajar por los más necesitados, en su municipio natal, Duvergé; perteneciendo al Club Cultural Gregorio Luperón, teniendo como objetivo fundamental la educación y la cultura, es por ello por lo que se comprometió a educar a los adultos que no sabían leer ni escribir, asumiendo al programa que tenía la Emisora Radiofónica Santa María, a través del material que se llamabaAlfaliz, en ese momento quedo en evidencia su vocación por educar.

González luego se trasladó a continuar los estudios en pedernales, donde cursó al 3ro. de bachillerato; en el período 1975 se establece en Los Minas, donde continuó los estudios en el Liceo Ramón Emilio Jiménez.

Ingresó a las filas del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) en el año 1975, inspiradapor la sensibilidad social y la expresión del pensamiento político del Profesor Juan Bosch.

Luego pasó a estudiar Magisterio en el Félix Evaristo Mejía, donde se graduó como maestra normal primario, para el 1976 se desempeñó como maestra en el colegio Baldor, para más tarde ingresar a la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD),en donde recibió el título de Licenciada en Educación.

En el 1978 asumió el compromiso de maestra en las Escuelas Juan Bautista Zafra y Puerto Rico, impartiendo clases en el nivel de básica, prontamente pasó a ser fundadora de la Escuela Nocturna República del Ecuador en Sabana Perdida.

En 1990 Tomó la decisión de irse al sector privado, impartiendo docencia en el colegio Santa Teresa (Ensanche Ozama), hasta el 1996.

En el período 1996-1998 pasa a ser supervisora especial de la Corporación de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Santo Domingo (CAASD), quien luego por su arduo trabajo, fuedesignada como Encargada de Compras de dicha institución.

En el año 1998 resultó electa Regidora de la capital y al mismo tiempo se desempeñó como encargada de compras internacionales de la CDE, en el área de transmisión.

Desarrolló una labor comunitaria de gran trascendencia. Desde el 2000 al 2008 estando al frente del Centro Infantil Flor de Loto donde acogió niños de escasos recursos económicos.

En 2006 fue designada Encargada del Dpto. de Atención Ciudadana y más adelante como Directora Administrativa del Ayuntamiento del Municipio Santo Domingo Este.

En el 2012, fue designada por Decreto Presidencial como Subdirectora del Plan de Asistencia Social de la Presidencia, posteriormente asumióla función de Enc. de la Unidad de Planificación y Desarrollo de la referida institución, hasta el año 2017.

Para el mes de mayo de 2017, fue designada en la Superintendencia de Electricidad en el área Interinstitucional y comunitaria y luego pasa a ser la responsable de la Oficina de Libre Acceso a la información Pública (RAI) posición que ocupa en la actualidad.
