OBRAS PÚBLICAS SE PREPARA PARA UN GRAN OPERATIVO DE ASFALTADO EN EL MUNICIPIO

l Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Comunicaciones junto al Ayuntamiento de Santo Domingo Este anunciaron el inicio de la ejecución de los proyectos por sorteo que corresponden al municipio más grande del país.

La primera de una serie de obras comenzará a ejecutarse en la urbanización María Trinidad Sánchez, donde será rehabilitada la calle Moca, y en el barrio 27 de Febrero, con la intervención de las calles 8 y 10, a un costo de RD$1 millón 683 mil 978.

La ejecución de proyectos por sorteo se realiza cumpliendo los parámetros establecidos por la Dirección General de Contrataciones Públicas, como Órgano Rector del Portal Transaccional.

En las próximas semanas, informó Obras Públicas, también se iniciarán las ejecuciones de lotes de aceras y contenes correspondientes a Santo Domingo Este.

Este año, agregó el Ministerio, también se llevará a cabo en el territorio del municipio un gran operativo de asfaltado de calles y avenidas.

“Este es el inicio de un gran proyecto que va a ser ejecutado aquí, en Santo Domingo Este (…) pensamos invertir 380 millones de pesos en aceras y contenes, posteriormente un gran plan de asfaltado de las principales vías y arterias de esta demarcación. Junto a Conadis realizaremos una alianza interinstitucional para realizar aceras inclusivas”, apuntó el ingeniero Amos Martínez, director técnico del MOPC.

Por su parte, Antonio Taveras Guzmán, senador de la provincia Santo Domingo, dijo que se siente “agradecido” de que la referida entidad intervenga diferentes calles de la zona oriental.

Añadió, además que “esta es una provincia que tiene un déficit en infraestructuras, y ningún otro gobierno dedicó recursos a esta provincia, aquí necesitamos de todo, esto es una gran noticia”.

Estas informaciones fueron ofrecidas mediante una rueda de prensa en el Salón de Gabinete, en el Palacio Municipal Dr. José Francisco Peña Gómez, con la presencia de Héctor Garibaldi, en representación del alcalde Manuel Jiménez; miembros de Obras Públicas, y el ingeniero Andi Martínez en función del ministro del MOPC, Deligne Asunción Burgos.

Por parte del Ministerio los ingenieros responsables son Jean Carlos Rodríguez y la arquitecta Dariza Zapata.
