Procuraduría ejecuta 15 allanamientos y 10 arrestos por escándalo de la Lotería Nacional

La Procuraduría General de la República informó que realiza 15 allanamientos durante este sábado para detener a los responsables de una supuesta estafa millonaria en la Lotería Nacional.

La institución indicó que han denominado como “Operación 13” a los trabajos que siguen contra la corrupción administrativa en esa dependencia estatal.

“La “Operación 13” identifica y persigue responsabilidades en torno a un fraude detectado en la Lotería Nacional e implicó la realización de 15 allanamientos este sábado”, señaló la Procuraduría en breve comunicado, colgado en su cuenta en la red social Twitter.

Más temprano la institución informó que detuvo a 10 personas dentro de esa operación, donde destaca Luis Maisichell Dicent, quien fue el administrador de la institución hasta ser suspendid por Luis Abinader.

Otros detenidos dentro de la operación son William Lisandro Rosario Ortiz, Valentina Rosario Cruz, Jonathan Brea, Carlos Berigüete, Miguel Mejía,Felipe Santiago Toribio, Rafael Mesa, Eladio Batista Valerio y Edison Perdomo Peralta.

Tanto Valentina Rosario Cruz como Miguel Mejía declararon que ciertamente hubo una estafa para sacar el bolo 13 en el sorteo del 1 de mayo del presente año.
