¿Quién se pondrá los zapatos de Ramón Cabrera?

Ramón Cabrera llegó a la presidencia de la circunscripción en un momento en que dos corrientes se disputaban el control del partido sin peligro de división, porque había un denominador común que era el único ex presidente de la república que tenía el partido morado

En la circunscripción número dos, la corriente de Jaime David se unificó  sin problemas alrededor de Simeón Pérez,  mientras que en el sector danilista  estaban  dirigentes de renombre como Germán Peña,  José Cabrera, Luis Marte, Frank Furcal y otros

Tantas cabezas  en un mismo equipo dificultaba un candidato de ese grupo, pero terminaron llevando a Cabrera como candidato  a la presidencia  de la circunscripción.

Los 25  presidentes   de CI, los miembros del CC y  4 regidores  debían votar en secreto para  elegir el presidente de  la circunscripción.

Un regidor anti jaimista había proclamado que votaría por Simeón Perez y esto aseguraba  una derrota para Cabera por dos votos, pero el día de la votación, Cabrera fue electo presidente del PLD  en la Circunscripción II,  de manera muy cerrada.

Electo con una corriente en contra que representaba la mitad del partido Cabrera supo sortear todas las tempestades y llevar el PLD de Los Mina  a puerto seguro.

Solo un gladiador estoico, con carácter de hierro podía sobrevivir políticamente a presidir una circunscripción, mientras  con sus rivales políticos  estábamos dispuestos a golpearlo en cualquier punto débil que saliera a relucir.

En Santo Domingo Este, el presidente de la circunscripción I, pagó  el precio de no llegar a diputado acabando de  llegar al máximo cargo  de su  demarcación, el de la Circ III quedó tan relegado, que se convirtió en un presidente decorativo y sin funciones.

Cabrera  evolucionó de José a Ramón y en esta segunda parte  adaptó  su accionar político a ganarse antiguos rivales.

En el momento que su degaste natural lo sacarían del congreso, logró  ganar como  el diputado más votado de los reelectos del municipio.

En este momento Cabrera sabe que se necesita un presidente de circunscripción que unifique a todos los sectores, hoy declina volver a presentarse   y ahora solo está enfocado en que el partido salga fortalecido sin importar quién sea el presidente de la circunscripción numero II.

Luis Marte es un peledeista conciliador, con un alto conocimiento del partido y del estado, además es una persona optimista  y con gran capacidad de superación.

Sí Luis Marte  habla con el  presidente actual de la circunscripción, con  los dos diputados,  con  Luis Alberto, con los principales líderes de la circunscripción   y a todos le dice que aspirar a presidir el distrito. Ninguno le negaría ese apoyo, porque Marte tiene la herramienta y el perfil para presidirla.

Luis Alberto es el líder indiscutible del municipio y no puede quedarse como un miembro del CC puro y simple.

Sí Luis Alberto acepta presidir  el distrito  levantaría a muchos peledeistas que están bajo perfil seguiría consolidándose  como líder municipal, además atraería muchas personalidades nuevas al PLD.

En mi humilde opinión   esos dos Luis son los nombres ideales para relanzar el PLD en la circunscripción II de Santo Domingo Este
