República Dominicana autoriza nuevas rutas de temporada desde Canadá e Italia

Santo Domingo, 1 dic.- República Dominicana anunció este miércoles que autorizó a dos aerolíneas, con sede en Canadá e Italia, a operar vuelos de temporada que tocarán las ciudades de Puerto Plata (norte) y La Romana (este).

El operador canadiense Sunwing Airlines volará desde el 7 de este diciembre al 25 de marzo venidero en aeronaves tipo B-738, con capacidad para 189 pasajeros, que aterrizarán en la ciudad de Puerto Plata (norte).

Las rutas aprobadas son Bagotville-Puerto Plata; Terranova y Labrador-Isla de Cayo Coco, Cuba-Puerto Plata-Montreal, y Moncton-Puerto Plata.

Asimismo, la Junta de Aviación Civil (JAC) dio su aprobación al operador Neos, de Italia, que cubrirá la ruta Malpensa-Roma-La Romana, desde el 19 de este diciembre al 9 de enero de 2022, con un vuelo a la semana.

El organismo, además, informó que estudia la solicitud del permiso de operación de la alemana Ew Discover, filial de Luftansa, con sede en Fráncfort.

La empresa europea plantea operar las rutas Fráncfort-Punta Cana (este); Fráncfort-La Romana; Fráncfort-Santo Domingo; Fráncfort-Samaná (noreste); Múnich-Punta Cana, y Fráncfort-Montego Bay-Puerto Plata.

El organismo no detalló las fecha de operación de estas rutas, aunque precisó que Neos realiza vuelos chárter desde junio pasado entre Fráncfort y Punta Cana.EFE
