Veinte regidores de SDE dejan plantados a comunitarios

Regidores de varias bancadas dejan plantado a los dirigentes comunitarios de las tres circunscripciones de Santo Domingo Este,  que fueron convocado por el Concejo de Regidores a  un  cabildo abierto para dar a conocer el   conjunto de obras sociales  a ejecutarse con  el presupuesto participativo de  2022.

Algunos comunitarios tildaron de vagos e irrespetuosos a quienes no asistieron a la sesión, un dirigente comunitario dijo en tono molesto ´´ esa inasistencia no es para defender a la comunidad, eso fue un acto de irresponsabilidad quedarse en su casa, mientras nosotros que venimos pagando pasajes y sin cobrar sueldos estamos aquí´´

Los diecisietes regidores que faltaron sin excusas fueron criticados duramente por sus representados, porque en caso de tener diferencias con el alcalde, ese era el momento preciso para enfrentarlos de cara a la comunidad.

El deber de los regidores era asistir a la reunión y frente al pueblo expresar cualquier inconformidad con la gestión del alcalde y en el caso de los regidores de oposición asistir masivamente, enunciar su posición.

Sino querían participar del cabildo abierto por considerarlo ilegal, debieron frente a los comunitarios leer un documento y marcharse de la sesión, pero no asistir fue un acto de irrespeto a los comunitarios.

Los regidores de la Fuerza del Pueblo dijeron que asistieron al cabildo abierto, porque ellos se deben a la comunidad y tenían la responsabilidad de expresar su posición frente a los dirigentes comunitarios   de Santo Domingo Este.

Los concejales de la Fuerza del Pueblo entienden que  estarán sujetos a criticas según el interés del medio que haga la publicación y prefieren ser difamados por asistir a su trabajo que ser estigmatizados de   vagos
