EL GOBIERNO ABINADER, ATRAPADO EN LA IMPROVISACION

Además de tener un programa de gobierno, los políticos deben   conocer la psicología, costumbres, creencias y tradiciones del pueblo que se propone gobernar; los líderes del PRM carecen de todas esas herramientas.  Eso explica que el miércoles 26 de mayo el presidente Luis Abinader, emitiera el 346-21, el cual establece el nuevo horario de toque de queda desde las 8:00 de la noche hasta las 5:00 de la madrugada todos los días, con tres horas de libre tránsito. Dicha disposición gubernamental estaría vigente desde el 27 de mayo hasta el 11 de junio.

 

Como en el gobierno de Abinader las improvisaciones son Norte, y solo se ocupan del show mediático que su Ministerio Publico Independiente y de crear falsa alarma con planes disque para matar una Fiscales Independiente, para lo cual se prestó un periodista que por su edad debía respetarse, el Gobierno del Cambio   nos trae la siguiente información siguiente.

 

El toque queda será de 6:00 de la tarde a 5:00 de la madrugada, y los sábados y domingos desde las 3:00 de la tarde hasta las 5:00 de la mañana, en 25 provincias, incluyendo el Gran Santo Domingo.  Este al 346-21 se produce 4 días después que entró en vigor.

 

Dicho esto, solo me queda exclamar

¡QUE VIVA LA IMPROVISACION!
