El reto de los nuevos diputados

En estos tiempos, un diputado no necesita que se le aprueben proyectos de ley para destacarse, porque eso no depende de ellos. Lo primero que debe hacer un diputado nuevo es tener cabeza propia, observar y dejarse ayudar por aquellos legisladores que gustan de auxiliar a los nuevos colegas.
Jheyson García Castillo, hijo de la funcionaria y ex diputada Josefa Castillo, y el más votado, tal vez se siente con más poder que Pacheco.
Los nuevos diputados de la circunscripción 1 de SDE son figuras con padrinos que tal vez se sientan por encima del bien y del mal.
Dellys Feliz, la nueva diputada de la circunscripción número 2, es una dirigente política de larga data, esposa del primer alcalde del municipio y conocida en la cúpula partidaria; no tiene que luchar por su imagen futura.
Tayluma Calderón y Yancarlos Simanca, quienes tuvieron que luchar contra viento y marea para ganar un curul en la Cámara de Diputados, deben forjar un nombre basado en inteligencia y trabajo duro.
La doctora Tayluma no cuenta con el respaldo del gobierno ni padrinos en el poder, solo cuenta con su talento, la guía de padres ejemplares, un esposo que fue su soporte en la campaña y una masa de votantes que cree en ella. Tayluma es una ganadora natural con vocación de servicio y un carisma incuestionablemente atrayente.
Simanca, que no tuvo la suerte de tener una infancia como otros diputados, ha tenido que luchar contra las adversidades para llegar a la Cámara de Diputados. Hasta el último día de la campaña fue asediado por los haters con ataques infamantes que no pudieron borrarle su sonrisa. Su ascenso ha sido como el del equipo de Licey, que clasifica el último día de la temporada regular para luego ganar el campeonato de manera dramática.
Estos dos jóvenes que han llegado a la Cámara necesitarán en ese hemiciclo la ayuda de mentores que apoyen a la juventud. Afortunadamente, hay muchos diputados que ayudan a sus jóvenes colegas, pero en este caso mencionaré dos de ellos, que son Amado Díaz y Rafael Castillo.
Amado Díaz es un veterano que ha guiado a muchos diputados con sus sabios consejos y cualquier joven puede acercarse a él sin importar a qué partido pertenezca.
Rafael Castillo apenas está en su segundo periodo, pero conoce el congreso como si tuviera 20 años en la cámara, porque es un congresista disciplinado que combina su aguda inteligencia con su perseverancia. Sobre todo, es un ser humano solidario que sabe abrirle la puerta a sus colegas sin importar la afiliación política.
A todos los nuevos congresistas les sugiero que se acerquen al diputado Amado Díaz o al legislador Rafael Castillo, ya que ellos les ofrecerán su ayuda y amistad sincera sin importar el partido del que provengan.
Ojo: ellos no son los únicos que pueden ayudar a los nuevos colegas, hay otros diputados buenos que servirían de mentores.
El desafío de los nuevos diputados será asimilar lo mejor de los congresistas veteranos y forjar una personalidad en el congreso que sirva de referente a las nuevas generaciones.
