Dos implicados en caso Discovery pertenecen a pandilla «Los Trinitarios», dice Fiscalía

Dos de los implicados en el caso Discovery fueron denominados miembros de la pandilla “Los Trinitarios”, que también tiene operación internacional.

 

Los señalados son David Antonio Guzmán Javier y Genaro Antonio Hernández Caba, de acuerdo con el Ministerio Público.

 

El pasado 2 de marzo se realizaron allanamientos en el centro de operaciones clandestina de Hernández (Moreno K5), ubicado en un edificio en la autopista Duarte, en Santiago.

 

Allí funcionaba el centro de llamadas que administra Guzmán Javier, quien en un principio dijo que era el encargado y luego desmintió su versión y aclaró que era el chofer que llevaba a los empleados a sus hogares, información corroborada por el fiscal Ernis Mell.

 

Sin embargo, es un miembro importante de la organización criminal y “sicario” al servicio de Genaro.

 

Según el documento acusatorio, Guzmán Javier controlaba las operaciones ilegales desde el call center, transportaba dinero proveniente de los envíos que le realizaban desde Estados Unidos otros miembros de la organización y las víctimas de la red, portaba armas de fuego ilegales y también consume de drogas.

 

Por otro lado, Genaro es el dueño de un centro de llamadas ilegal desde donde presuntamente se estafaba a las personas “con las dramáticas escenas de accidentes y hechos de sangre, llamando a las víctimas y colocándolas en un momento de desesperación tal que lo único que piense sea en resolver lo planteado, con el depósito de altas sumas de dinero en dólares”.

El próximo lunes 14 de marzo se conocerá la medida de coerción contra 38 de los implicados en la operación Discovery.

 

Los implicados son Anabel Adames, Genaro Antonio Hernández Caba (Moreno K5); Pablo Miguel Balbuena, apodado Miguel Ortiz “La Válvula”; David Antonio Guzmán Javier, Winston Rafael Batista Brito, Jean Carlos Rosa Vargas, William Hice Cárdenas, Wilmer Abreu Duran, Juan de Dios Martínez Brito, Salim Bautista Santana.

 

También están señalados Enrique Sánchez, Cedrik Sánchez Rodríguez, Carlos Daladier Silverio Cabral, Ramón Tomás Camacho Tejada, conocido como Blood; José Efraín Mejía, Víctor Manuel Hernández, Rubén Ángel María Reynoso Rodríguez, Juan Carlos Belliard Uceta, Wilson Núñez Rodríguez, José Oscar Peguero Martínez.

 

Por igual figuran William Alberto Díaz Cruz, Jonathan Yoelfri Peña Martínez, José Estévez Then o Joel Estévez, Willys Mena, Augusto Fermín Jaquez o Augusto Fermín Rodríguez Jaquez, Félix Manuel Jorge Muñoz, Juan Carlos Silverio Gómez, Cristina Lhin Yeng (quien tiene nacionalidad norteamericana), Linda Pérez (también de nacionalidad norteamericana), Bonifacio Estévez o Bonifacio Daniel Estévez Irrizari.

 

Al mismo tiempo Sucre Rafael Rodríguez Ortiz, conocido como Darimán o Dari; José Eliezer Rodríguez Ortiz, Jhonatan Francisco Vásquez Ventura, Máximo Miguel Mena Peña, alias Max; Emmanuel Castro Ozuna, apodado Billete; Josué de Jesús Marte, Mayobanex Braulio Rafael Rodríguez Fernández, conocido como Mayo; Ángel Rafael Peralta Guzmán, apodado Alikate.
