El gobierno del PRM-Abinader y la oposición

El gobierno del PRM-Abinader, desde sus inicios,  ha estado navegando  sin que la oposición política le haya presentado  obstáculos. ¡La cancha  nacional a su entera disposición!

Los partidos políticos y las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, por acción o inacción, y las expectativas sanitarias, económicas y sociales que crea la COVID-19 han facilitado las ejecutorias del gobierno del PRM-Abinader.

Pero, ¿el presidente Abinader, sus funcionarios y líderes perremeistas han sabido valorar y aprovechar esa contribución? ¡Negativo!

Por ejemplo, ¿qué ha hecho el presidente Abinader  con la propuesta que formuló, en su juramentación, con pomposos discursos y en el “periplo de visitas políticas” a líderes de la oposición política y de la sociedad civil  para, supuestamente,   concertar la unidad nacional? ¡Nada, absolutamente, nada!

¿Ha sabido el gobierno del PRM-Abinader bien utilizar la colaboración de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil que tienen peso específico e influencia en el país?  ¡Muy poco!

Entonces, ¿qué ha pasado con la oposición que se necesita como contrapeso a los desaguisados y  yerros  cometidos y por cometer del gobierno del PRM-Abinader? ¡Nada, hasta ahora!

¿Conviene a la institucionalidad y gobernabilidad democrática del país el diálogo conducente a la unidad nacional entre el gobierno y la oposición política? ¡Claro que conviene!

El liderazgo del PRM y el presidente Abinader, que subestiman la fuerza política de la oposición, deben poner especial atención a la pérdida de credibilidad, disminución de la reputación social y ciertas dificultades que se empiezan a vislumbrar en el gobierno del PRM-Abinader, las que provienen de los frecuentes escándalos suscitados por y entre sus funcionarios; también por los ruidos que, a nivel nacional, están generando dirigentes  del PRM gestionando “sus cuotas de poder en el reparto del botín”.

Los partidos minoritarios que adversaron al PRM en los pasados comicios (PRD, PRSC, FNP, PQDC, etc.) por sus características y actual  inactividad política se encuentran neutralizados para realizar  oposición política sistemática contra el gobierno del PRM-Abinader.

El PLD, luego de su IX Congreso, se prepara para empezar sus actividades políticas externas que podrían ser de gran envergadura  oposicionista, a menos que no se dispersen y debiliten como consecuencia del montaje del “circo político” en la judicialización de supuestos actos de corrupción contra ex funcionarios que son importantes dirigentes peledeistas.

El incipiente partido Fuerza del Pueblo (FP), si tiene vocación de poder y verdaderas aspiraciones para los comicios del 2024,  está compelido a poner en práctica, en lo inmediato, una auténtica y firme política de oposición al gobierno del PRM-Abinader,

Por lo arriba expuesto, en esta reflexión, estamos visualizando que, en lo que resta de este año, la oposición política está llamada a jugar un rol más activo como consecuencia de las insatisfacciones y frustraciones que está generando el “diluido cambio” que, en campaña electoral,  prometió el presidente Abinader.

Mientras tanto, el  sector de la clase media urbana, que contribuyó con el triunfo electoral del PRM-Abinader, se está cansando de las erráticas ejecutorias gubernamentales y, a través de los medios de comunicación y redes sociales, ya empezó a manifestar urticantes cuestionamientos, hasta ahora minimizados,  por lo cual podría implementar sus actividades en las calles, toques de cacerolas y visitas a la Plaza de la Bandera, a lo cual el populismo del gobierno del PRM-Abinader ¡le huye como el Diablo a la Cruz!

Por razones de supervivencias políticas, el PLD y la FP están obligados a poner en acción sus influencias y dilatadas experiencias en una dinámica oposición política para evitar el desmadre de las fuerzas sociales y posibles pobladas contra el gobierno del PRM-Abinader, lo cual afectaría la paz social y gobernabilidad democrática que, sin lugar a dudas, significa retroceso y obstaculiza el  avance hacia el progreso económico y social que amerita el pueblo dominicano.
