El hijo bastardo que ese gran líder político nunca declaró

Cuando leí el libro “Confesiones Prohibidas de Amor y Política”, quedé gratamente impresionada, por esa manera ágil y perspicaz que el autor narra cada una de las veintiuna historias de manera sencilla, llana y, al mismo tiempo, adornadas con acertijos sutiles e imperceptibles para el común de los lectores.
Una tarde vi por casualidad que exhibían un ejemplar en Cuesta Centro del Libro, la curiosidad me hizo comprarlo, lo dejé dos semanas en mi gaveta sin ni siquiera ojearlo, pero cuando me acordé que yo había dado mi dinero, decidí leerlo y para mi sorpresa resultó más entretenido de lo que yo había imaginado.
Cuando terminé de leerlo me quedé con las ganas de seguir y entre las veintiunas historias, creo que al menos quince de ellas me fascinaron al máximo, pero hubo una que me dejó impactada y no sabía por qué esa había penetrado tan fuerte en mi mente.
“El amor de mi vida” fue una historia que me gustó de principio a fin, por esa carga de realismo mágico que presentaba la narración de los hechos, sin embargo, al terminar de leerla quedé con varias dudas que me persiguieron por cinco semanas, hasta que sufrí un accidente que me dejó una pierna enyesada.
En estos días de inacción, por una licencia médica, he leído por segunda vez las 21 historias de “Confesiones Prohibidas de Amor y Política”, encontrando en cada una de ellas datos que no percibí en mi anterior lectura.
Al leer por segunda vez “El amor de mi vida”, descubrí que uno de los líderes políticos más honesto y de mayores dimensiones históricas del siglo XX, fue el padre biológico del protagonista de esa historia de amor.
En esta nueva lectura del libro pude comprender que los cuentos que parecen más alejados de la política, son los que más unidos están a esos personajes que dominaron y dominan el mundo electoral de la República Dominicana.
Por respeto al autor no diré en este artículo el nombre del líder político que tuvo un hijo bastardo, que vivió o vive en las redes del amor eterno, pero con toda certeza puedo decir que si leen el libro con atención pueden dar cuenta quién fue ese político que no reconoció al hijo de su primer pecado.
