En un espectáculo similar al del circo romano del emperador Nerón, le fue violada la presunción de inocencia a Ronald Familia Frías, de 26 años, quien a pesar de ser hipertenso crónico, recibió la condena anticipada de 3 meses de prisión como medidas de coerción, porque alguien que entró de manera remota a su computadora hackeó las cuentas de redes sociales de la Dirección General de Compras y Contrataciones Públicas el pasado mes de abril.

Familia Frías, un joven ejemplar sin antecedentes, fue víctima de bromistas cibernéticos que entraron a su computadora y desde su aparato violaron el débil sistema de la oficina de compras y contrataciones.

Al escuchar los tres meses de prisión, el joven se desmayó de la impotencia de habersele violado su principio de presunción de inocencia y ser enviado a la peligrosa cárcel de Najayo hombre, mientras los verdaderos delincuentes se ríen de esa justicia que atropella a quienes hacen lo correcto y protege a los verdaderos violadores de la ley.

Al salir de la Oficina de Atención Permanente, el padre del imputado no resistió estar de pie y se desmayó en el pasillo. Previamente, en el tribunal, su hijo, que sufre de hipertensión, también perdió el control de su cuerpo y debió ser asistido.

«Mi muchachito no es de nada», se lamentaba su madre que lloraba desconsoladamente y junto a otros familiares rechazaba ofrecer sus nombres y que se les tomara imágenes.

Afirmó que la computadora de su hijo fue hackeada para cometer el delito electrónico porque este es un joven sano y no se atreve a hacer daño a nadie.

La mujer que dijo ser su madre manifestó temer por la seguridad de Ronald en la cárcel.

Informó que el imputado concluyó su carrera de Informática y que antes de ser detenido, el sábado, avanzaba su tesis de grado.

Las cuentas hackeadas de Compras y Contrataciones fueron Instagram y Facebook. En ambas redes sociales los mensajes eran acompañados con la imagen de un oso y también con jóvenes casi desnudas.

La prisión de Familia Frías es una manera de entretener al pueblo en medio de un certamen electoral y al mismo tiempo ocultar las debilidades tecnológicas de una institución que debería tener la más alta calidad en su sistema de seguridad.

En el caso de que sea responsable de hackear esa plataforma gubernamental, lo que hay es  que aprovechar ese talento y contratarlo
