Dante Alighieri, quien ha sido reconocido como el poeta supremo de Italia, dijo una frase memorable que ha perdurado por siglos: El más oscuro de los infiernos está reservado para aquellos que mantienen la neutralidad en tiempo de crisis.

A simple vista se nota que los grandes ganadores  de la consulta del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), en Santo Domingo Este, fueron Cabrera, Alfredo Martínez y Joselito, aunque eso no está en discusión hay que añadir un cuarto ganador de esa contienda interna.

Un joven político que se ganó el aprecio de los seguidores de Margarita, por su entrega a ese proyecto  de cara a sol  y el respeto de los abelistas,  por su gallardía y decencia en esa contienda interna.

El Boli se podía dar el lujo de jugar a la neutralidad y buscar la bendición de Dios y el Diablo al mismo tiempo, sin embargo, optó por el camino de la transparencia política y hoy goza de simpatía en ambos sectores.

Para muchos, Luis Alberto, por su exceso de bondad y querer ser ente de unidad, cometió el grave error de anunciar una neutralidad que muchos dudaron y en lugar de ganarse el aprecio de los líderes de cada grupo,  cosechó desconfianza en la cúpula de Abel y Margarita.

Cabrera, en las contiendas presidenciales toma partido, porque si él no se la juega por un precandidato presidencial, no puede esperar que desde arriba alguien lo apoye.

El que está con ninguno, está contra todo. El que se declara neutral da la impresión de oportunista y carente de valentía política, aunque en el caso de Luis Alberto, pienso que ese error lo cometió buscando la armonía de su partido.

Ese anémico evento ameritaba que sus dirigentes locales de cada municipio tomaran partido para dinamizar la organización, los únicos que debían mantenerse neutrales en esa contienda eran los miembros del Comité Político.

Para los seguidores de Abel, el dueño de La Soñadora estaba con Margarita de manera oculta, para los seguidores de Margarita, el ex candidato a alcalde le pintó pajaritos en el aire y al final le sacó la alfombra a la doña.

Luis Alberto era el candidato natural a la Alcaldía de Santo Domingo Este, sin embargo, después de los resultados de la anémica consulta tendrá que probar su superioridad sobre el Boli,  el Cañero y quién sabe si Joselito o Cabrera deciden desafiarlo.

El único problema es que la Fuerza del Pueblo domina el voto opositor y la imagen de  Manuel Jiménez está mejorando en el imaginario electoral de Santo Domingo Este

Por último, quiero dejar claro que este artículo carece de rigor científico y que son puras especulaciones de una ignorante en  materia política y  que puede equivocarse un millón de veces o más.
