Ayuntamiento Santo Domingo Este Este inaugura moderno Centro de Servicios Municipales
EL ALCALDE MANUEL JIMÉNEZ DIJO QUE EL CENTRO TIENE COMO OBJETIVO GARANTIZAR ALTA EFICIENCIA EN LOS SERVICIOS MUNICIPALES
En el marco de su plan de recuperación y modernización de las áreas administrativas, el Ayuntamiento de Santo Domingo Este dejó en funcionamiento su nuevo Centro de Servicios Municipales, donde los ciudadanos podrán recibir atención acorde a los más altos estándares de calidad.
Al dejar en funcionamiento el espacio, el alcalde Manuel Jiménez dijo que su gestión está enfocada en modernizar los servicios, teniendo como ingrediente principal la búsqueda de la excelencia administrativa y operativa.
En el Centro de Servicios municipales los munícipes podrán acceder a 33 tipos de servicios en las áreas de Planeamiento Urbano, Registro Civil, Espacio Público, Aseo Urbano, Servicio Social y Comunitario, entre otros, los cuales podrán ser solicitados a través de un turno electrónico. La instalación cuenta con un área de espera, estaciones de servicio personalizado y digitalizado, sistema digital de turnos, área de trabajo y salón de reuniones, entre otras facilidades para el público.
“Este centro nos asegura agilidad en los procesos, que la gente no tenga que hacer largas esperas; hacer un trabajo más eficiente, que es nuestra meta, que la eficiencia sea la mejor marca de nuestra gestión», dijo Jiménez en un breve discurso ofrecido por la vía virtual.
De su lado, Miguelina de Castro, encargada de Gestión Comercial y Recaudaciones de la institución, indicó que la creación del espacio tuvo como objetivo principal transformar la gestión municipal para lograr centralizar los servicios en un mismo espacio físico facilitando la accesibilidad al ciudadano.
“Con este centro de servicios no solo perseguimos transformar, sino que apostamos en su extensión logrando ofrecer todos los servicios en un solo lugar, sin mayores trámites, y sobre todo sin procesos traumáticos”, señaló.
De Castro indicó que el centro contempla la integración de los servicios municipales en un solo punto de atención, donde cada munícipe será atendido de forma personalizada, permitiendo realizar los trámites de forma paralela para reducir el tiempo de respuesta a personas físicas y jurídicas.
Dijo que los municipios deben ser los principales proveedores de servicios sociales y conductores del desarrollo económico local, aumentando su autonomía de gestión y financiamiento de un modo significativo, para lo cual es necesario establecer nuevos modelos de gestión municipal, que fijen pautas de calidad y eficiencia en los programas y servicios que entreguen.
