César Emilio Peralta, mejor conocido como “El Abusador”, participó este jueves junto a otros reclusos en una riña en la cárcel de La Picota, ubicada en Bogotá Colombia, donde guarda prisión a espera de ser extaditado a los Estados Unidos.

De acuerdo a informaciones suministradas por su abogado, Joaquín Pérez, “El Abusador” es señalo de asesinar a otro privado de libertad llamado Jason Otero, quien también era extraditable.

«A César lo han acusado junto con cuatro personas más de haber participado en el asesinato de una persona llamada Jason Elías Otero Florero; él está vivo, pero esa es la información que me acaban de confirmar», dijo Pérez en conversación con periodistas de Listín Diario.

El representante de Peralta agregó que desconoce el estado de salud de César, pero entiende que lo tienen «en causal» por el supuesto asesinato.

Aún se desconoce el estado de salud del presunto narcotraficante dominicano.

El periodista dominicano Pedro Jiménez fue el primero en dar la información al Sol de la Tarde, de Zol 106.5 FM, donde también indicó que se encontraba en buen estado de salud.

El periódico El Tiempo, de Colombia, informa en su portal que lo que hasta ahora se sabe es que «Otero murió producto de una golpiza en la que estuvieron implicados varios de sus compañeros de patio».
