El Primer Tribunal Colegiado de Santo Domingo sentenció este lunes a  solo 20 años de prisión al cabo de la Policía Nacional, Janli Disla Batista, por ultimar de un disparo en la cabeza a la arquitecta Leslie Rosado en octubre del año pasado, 2021.

La pena  fue considerada por la sociedad como una pequeña y apacible condena

A su vez halló culpable de complicidad al motorista Rafael Castillo Novas, quien fue condenado a 10 años.

De acuerdo a la abogada de la familia Rosado, Wendy Lora: “Luego de analizar las pruebas que le fueron sometidas, el tribunal procedió a condenar al cabo Janli Disla Batista a 20 años de cárcel por homicidio voluntario y abuso psicológico y a Rafael Castillo Novas a 10 años de cárcel por complicidad”.

De acuerdo al relato del Ministerio Público, el trágico suceso en el que perdió la vida Rosado ocurrió la noche del sábado 2 de octubre del 2021, mientras la arquitecta y su hija de 15 años de edad se desplazaban por la avenida Duarte, en Andrés, hacia Boca Chica, a bordo de un vehículo Mercedes Benz.

Según el órgano acusador, el cabo Janli Disla Batista mató a Leslie Rosado después que está rozara levemente la motocicleta marca Suzuki que conducía, momentos en que se desplazaba junto a su esposa, Santa de Jesús Ramírez, y sus dos hijos menores de edad, quienes resultaron sin lesiones.

Una vez ocurrido el supuesto accidente, establece la Fiscalía, el imputado Disla Batista le realizó varios disparos que obligaron a Leslie Rosado a no detener la marcha del vehículo, tratando de salvar su vida y la de su hija.
