El presidente peledeísta de una circunscripción de SDE (2 de 3)

Lo primero que debe saber un aspirante a la presidencia de una circunscripción es que ese puesto lo convertirá en un obrero político de por vida y que perderá importancia  frente a la elite política del partido.

Un presidente de una circunscripción de la provincia    se le hace más difícil  lograr una alcaldía que  a otros dirigentes sin esa responsabilidad política.

El presidente de la circunscripción queda atado a la demarcación que pertenece y en el imaginario mental de la alta dirección política nunca será considerado con un perfil nacional

El presidente de una circunscripción  está obligado a trabajar doble y perder parte de su independencia, porque  cada dirigente medio vigilará sus pasos y por más justo que sea, tendrá  que navegar en medio de acusaciones de favoritismo para su gente.

El presidente de una circunscripción  de la provincia de Santo Domingo  no puede desarrollar liderazgo que le permita ser alcalde.

El presidente de una circunscripción tiene que lidiar con tantos frentes dentro de su demarcación, que no puede  expandirse  hacia otras latitudes del país o del municipio

Luis Hernández  fue presidente de la circunscripción de mayor desarrollo político y no pudo siquiera ser diputado,  Elso  Martínez  presidiendo la circunscripción   más grande  de SDE, no pudo reelegirse como diputado, ya que los conflictos internos de su demarcación lo degastaron

 

Ramon Cabrera estuvo a punto de perder en el 2010, su primera reelección para diputado  y se salvó por una jugada maestra que realizó en la cancha del comunal con Domingo Jiménez.

Un estratega como Cabrera y tan cercano a Danilo debió estar dentro del CP hace más de 10 años, pero la presidencia de la circunscripción  lo estancó políticamente.

Los presidentes de circunscripción de la provincia Santo Domingo  no terminan proyectándose como otra figura de su demarcación política.

En Santo Domingo Norte, el PLD ha tenido tres alcaldes, ninguno de ellos con el liderazgo de Lethi Vásquez, sin embargo  los conflictos que genera la presidencia de  la circunscripción no le ha permitido llegar a esa posición.

Karen Ricardo, Cristina Lizardo, Alfredo Martínez  Juan de Los Santos, Jesús Feliz, René Polanco y Carlos Guzmán han cosechados más éxitos políticos, que aquellos que se quedaron peleando con compañeros internos.

Mientras  el obrero Cabrera  estaba en una asamblea, peleando con  Dipre,  Marcial o Trinidad para que  sacaran sus intermedios del color rojo, la bella Karen estaba en CDN teorizando a favor de feminismo  y proyectando su figura.

El que aspire a la presidencia de la circunscripción debe saber que el obrero trabaja para que otro enlace.
