Las fuerzas que sacaron al PLD del ayuntamiento de Santo Domingo Este. (1 de 3)

Alfredo Martínez fue candidato del PLD por encuestas que sus  adversarios internos cuestionaron, lo cual dio pie a que saliera como candidato debilitado y el 16 de mayo del 2016 ganara las elecciones con casi 30 puntos menos que la senadora en Santo Domingo Este.

El PRD en esa ocasión llevó como candidato a Tonty Rutinel, ya que  si apoyaban al Cañero   los perredeistas podrían migrar  donde Manuel Jiménez, el PRM llevó al desacreditado Domingo Batista porque la corriente de  Hipólito  bloqueo un pacto con el cantante.

Manuel Jiménez, Dío Astacio  realizaron  huelga de hambre  por separado y en medio de esa hambruna  el pastor aumentó varias libras, mientras que el candidato alcalde del frente amplio debió ser hospitalizado.

Alfredo se juramentó en medio de denuncias de fraude y en su primer día de trabajo cometió el error de proponer  como secretario general a Juan López, quien en ese momento su aceptación  dentro del ASDE estaba en el suelo.

Luego comete el error de nombrar como secretario técnico a una persona que todos los empleados del ASDE sabían que no  poseía el liderazgo para formar equipo con los directores de área.

En medio de una embestida  de denuncias por parte de la oposición, Alfredo le encarga la defensa de la imagen a una persona que no conoce el PLD.

Manuel que conocía bien el lenguaje de los peledeistas atacaba al alcalde, pero el encargado de cuidar la imagen de Alfredo no conocía y por eso la imagen del alcalde sufre su mayor revés dentro de su propio partido.

Los únicos aliados que le quedaban al cañero eran el ejercito de empleados del ASDE, sin embargo en un mes ganó tres mil enemigos de un fuetazo al nombrar personas con sueldos dos veces mayores que los empleados viejos que hacían la mismas funciones.

Los empleados del ayuntamiento se convirtieron en enemigo del cañero ante el abuso de que una secretaria nueva  con menos preparación académica ganaba hasta el doble de salario que  otra secretaria con 8 o 9 años de experiencia sirviéndole al ASDE.

Los directores formaron cacicazgo cada uno y no se rigieron a planificación  de una secretaría técnica inoperante que solo se dedicaba a usurpar funciones de la secretaría general.

Los tres mil empleados del ayuntamiento que se convirtieron en conspiradores se dedicaron a pasarle informaciones sensibles a los medios de SDE, las cuales fueron usadas en contra del alcalde.

Meses antes de la primaria del PLD la oposición se dio cuenta de que la imagen del alcalde estaba tan deteriorada que decidieron no atacarlo para que  gane la convención, pero estaba tan bajita la imagen de Alfredo que no le valió a la oposición tratar de votar por Alfredo en la primaria abierta del 6 de Octubre.

Posiblemente el 6 de octubre había preocupación en el litoral del hoy alcalde, porque de seguro le estaban llegando reporte de que el cañero estaba liquidado y con esa derrota de Alfredo, se le alejaba a Manuel Jiménez la posibilidad de alcanzar la alcaldía.
