Oscarina Mejía, una vecina del sector Simonico gritó entusiasmada cuando vio al ingeniero Garibaldi en la puerta del club Juan Carlos Ramos ´´ Garibaldi Diputado, Garibaldi diputado´´. Los gritos de la Oscarina contagiaron a vecinos del lugar a tal punto que el mensaje se viralizó en esa comunidad.
El ingeniero Héctor Garibaldi, convocó a su equipo de campaña a una reunión con dirigentes del PRM que apoyan su precandidatura por esa organización política, lo que en principio fue ideado como una reunión de trabajo con sus coordinadores se desbordó en un entusiasmo tan grande que los vecinos del lugar pensaron que se trataba del lanzamiento de un candidato a senador o alcalde.
En dicha reunión el ingeniero Garibaldi pretendía evaluar el crecimiento de sus aspiraciones y hacer un análisis foda para destetar amenazas y debilidades de su precandidatura a diputado.
El carismático político expresó que en los actuales momentos las acciones más urgentes del equipo son: la organización de las estructuras en los sectores de la circunscripción uno, inscribir la mayor cantidad de personas en el PRM, y debe saberse en todos barrios (hasta en Rusia) que nosotros vamos a ser el próximo diputado.
En otro orden solicitó encarecidamente a su equipo trabajar con la mayor premura, pero cumpliendo siempre con la transparencia, la ética y la integridad para así poder lograr un verdadero cambio en la sociedad, finalmente, terminó como empezó, dando las gracias por el apoyo y bendiciendo todos los presentes.
El poder de convocatoria del joven precandidato atrajo figuras importantes del PRM, líderes comunitarios, deportista y personalidades independientes que ven en Garibaldi al diputado idóneo para representar con gallardía y dignidad la circunscripción número 1 antes el principal poder del Estado de la República Dominicana.
