UASD SUSCRIBE CON MESCYT Y BIENES NACIONALES CONVENIO DE COOPERACIÓN INTERINSTITUCIONAL
La Dirección General de Bienes Nacionales, la Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) y el Ministerio de Educación Superior, Ciencia y Tecnología (Mescyt) suscribieron un convenio tripartito de colaboración destinado a fomentar la investigación y la formación académica del más alto nivel en distintas áreas del saber.
Rafael Burgos Gómez, director general de Bienes Nacionales, definió la educación como la única vía que permite alcanzar el desarrollo científico y la movilidad social al ciudadano preocupado y comprometido con un mejor mañana, por lo que destacó la importancia del convenio suscrito.
Agregó que el presente acuerdo permitirá a Bienes Nacionales y a otras instituciones del Estado dar un paso de avance hacia la modernidad y las buenas prácticas que impulsa la actual gestión gubernamental.
Mientras que la máxima autoridad uasdiana, al pronunciar su discurso en condición de anfitrión de la firma del convenio, destacó el acercamiento histórico que desde inicios de la gestión que encabeza ha tenido la academia con todas las instituciones del Estado.
«Hay que unirse no solo para estar juntos, sino para hacer algo juntos y es precisamente esto último lo que buscamos con el presente pacto», subrayó Beltrán Crisóstomo.
De su lado, el doctor García Fermín, destacó que la presente firma forma parte de la misión de Mescyt de formar profesionales del más alto nivel.
«Qué bueno es contribuir a la formación de profesionales del más alto nivel, a través de la institución más importante del país, la Universidad Primada de América, la cual por medio de este acuerdo tripartito garantiza el fin cumplimiento de este ambicioso proyecto de capacitación», subrayó el ministro.
Al momento de la firma de este importante convenio educativo, Burgos Gómez estuvo acompañado de una delegación de funcionarios representada por David Brito, subdirector Administrativo y Financiero de Bienes Nacionales; Francisco Abreu, subdirector Legal; Johanny Villaman; subdirectora, Wendy Leittes directora de Recursos Humanos; Bilmaris Angelita, Encargada de Capacitación.
Por el Consejo Estatal del Azúcar, Manuel de Jesús Marte; subdirector y adm del Ingenio Porvenir, Mayor General Bienvenido De`Oleo Moreta; Director de Preservación y Recuperación, Linette Bruno, Consultora Jurídica; Willy González; Director de Desarrollo Social, Virnia German; Directora Administrativa, entre otras personalidades.
SOBRE EL CONVENIO
Entre sus principales objetivos, el acuerdo busca promover el intercambio de profesores e investigadores en coordinación con el Mescyt, favorecer la participación en proyectos y programas de investigación y cooperar con las instituciones firmantes para la formación de profesionales a nivel de grado y postgrado.
Mientras que Bienes Nacionales y el Mescyt facilitarán a la universidad todo cuanto esté a su alcance para impulsar la educación superior de calidad, incluido el financiamiento de programas de docencia y la puesta a disposición de infraestructuras de utilidad público que pueda servir como espacios de enseñanza.
