Vicecónsul dominicano en Bogotá dice manifestaciones del PLD buscan distraer atención del caso Calamar

Bogotá, D.C. El abogado y dirigente político, Daniel Perdomo Puello, ha expresado su rechazo contundente a las movilizaciones propuestas por el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD), ya que según él estas buscan distraer la atención del caso Calamar, y encubrir el desmantelamiento judicial del presunto entramado delictivo político-empresarial más grande de los últimos más de veinte años.
«Con estas movilizaciones, el PLD intenta desviar la opinión pública del caso Calamar en un acto desesperado por tapar la corrupción y el mal uso de los recursos del Estado durante sus gobiernos», afirmó el también vicecónsul dominicano en Bogotá.
Según expresa, el presunto entramado habría malversado miles y miles de millones de pesos en la pasada campaña electoral para intentar favorecer a un candidato de dicha organización. Por esta razón, Perdomo Puello ha hecho un llamado a la ciudadanía a ser consciente de los intereses detrás de estas protestas y a no caer en provocaciones.
Hace hincapié en la importancia de valorar positivamente la gestión del presidente Luis Abinader, quien designó un Ministerio Público independiente, encabezado por la prestante Procuradora General Miriam Germán Brito.
«La gestión del presidente Luis Abinader es histórica en la lucha contra la corrupción, su decisión de nombrar un Ministerio Público independiente un ejemplo de su compromiso con la justicia y la transparencia», afirmó.
“Es importante seguir apoyando la gestión del presidente Luis Abinader en su lucha contra la corrupción y en la búsqueda de una justicia independiente en la República Dominicana”.
Daniel Perdomo Puello es abogado y político, con experiencia en Regulación Jurídica y Económica de la Energía. En su temprana juventud fue secretario de comunicaciones y vicepresidente de la Juventud Reformista Social Cristiana del PRSC. En el pasado cuatrienio fungió como magistrado de la Junta Electoral del Distrito Nacional. Actualmente es vicecónsul general del consulado de la República Dominicana en Bogotá, Colombia, y parte de la alianza que apoya la gestión del PRM.
