¿Quién asesora al alcalde Manuel Jiménez?
El desastre comunicativo de la alcaldía de Santo Domingo Este, le está pasando factura con altos intereses al alcalde Manuel Jiménez.
El pasado viernes 26 del mes en curso, los medios de comunicación nacionales y las redes sociales se hicieron eco de un presunto comunicado de la alcaldía de SDE, el cual provoco un repudio colectivo en todo el país.
El funesto comunicado muestra que fue redactado por alguien carente de sentido común , alguien que no conoce la cultura dominicana e ignora las implicaciones que tiene ese tipo de ultimátum a un pueblo cristiano.
Por espacio de tiempo citaremos algunos errores
- Algo relacionado con difuntos se debe hacer con una prudencia que no ofenda la dignidad humana y empezando por quien hace la convocatoria se evidencia una ausencia de manejo comunicacional
- Atendiendo a la primera razón debió ser emitido por Servicios públicos y no por la dirección de impuestos, porque un comunicado así no debe ser ligado con pago
- La amenaza de exhumar los cadáveres en un plazo de 60 días, sino pagan es algo ilógico, imprudente e inhumano, que se haga en el primer llamado
- Al incluir junto a los terrenos los nichos de pared no se ve un afán de mejora en el cementerio, solo una voracidad de dinero sin precedentes.
- Ese comunicado tenía una redacción de crueldad al usar el término OSARIO COMUN, eso es como decirle al ciudadano, si usted no paga lanzaremos a su mama en un enorme saco con ciento de cadáveres, donde no se sabrá quién es quién. Cuando se trata de muerto no se usa la palabra común
- Se supones que cualquier nota, espacio pagado que una dirección de un ayuntamiento organizado vaya a mandar a un medio debe pasar por el filtro de relaciones públicas y comunicaciones.
- En caso de hacerse un anuncio escrito sin pasar por Relaciones Publicas y Comunicaciones , entonces es una alcaldía que carece de una dirección técnica que coordine y enlace de manera eficaz las diferentes direcciones a fin de que el ayuntamiento sea r un cuerpo armónico y ordenado
¿Qué debió hacer la alcaldía?
Hacer un comunicado donde especifique que hay espacios ocupados por cadáveres sin identificar de décadas y poner al servicio de la población una línea telefónica abierta e invitar a otros que tengan cadáveres de más de 5 años a llamar o ir por la oficina de los cementerios.
Pero previos al comunicado, la alcaldía debió desplegar una campaña en las redes de los que esta haciendo en el los cementerios.
En mi intima convicción, Manuel Jiménez es un hombre sensible que desea convertir esos cementerios en lugares digno y hacerle espacios para que los munícipes que pierdan familiares, entierren sus seres queridos en un lugar digno, mientras se construye otro camposanto.
